Initiated in 2007 by a group of local producers who identified a need for an independent, farmer owned, knowledge and information based organisation, to help farm businesses to be more profitable and resilient in the long term.

Membership options include;

1. an annual financial membership with full, unlimited access to all information and MFS activities and benefits, and

2. free “public” access to selected information displayed on our website including invitations to certain local events.

A financial membership covers ALL members of the farm business entity including family members, staff / employees and business partners for a period of 12 months and can then be renewed.

 

Generally MFS delivers approximately 5-6 field day events as well as project activities per year as well as promotional offers when available.
