When you register a membership or sponsorship with MFS, we collect general information such as your name, address, company/ trading name/ contact numbers and email addresses.
If you make an enquiry about our services, we collect your basic contact details such as your name, contact number and email address so that we can provide you with the information or advice you have requested. We then remove this information from our database unless you have requested to become a member or sponsor of MFS.

MFS only send regular communications to those in our database who are opted in members or sponsors.

No payment information is collected and stored by MFS.

How we use the information we collect

We use the personal information you submit to provide you with the service you request. Under no circumstances do we release your information to third party sources.

We may sometimes use the personal information we collect for a secondary purpose. We will only do this where you have consented, where we are permitted or required by law or it is in the interests of the public safety to do so. For example, we may use your contact details to send you updates and information about our information services or event promotions. You are always provided with the opportunity to notify us that you do not wish to receive this material.

Information provided by “cookies” technology
